Job Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial insights, monitoring key performance metrics across business segments, and supporting strategic decision-making. The individual will work closely with segment heads to analyze financial performance, forecast future trends, and ensure alignment with the overall business objectives

Job Details

  • Track financial performance across various business segments, including Target Savings, Ecosystem Partnerships, Salary, CASA, Corporate, Merchant, and Banking-as-a-Service segments. 
  • Develop financial models, conduct scenario analysis, and provide accurate financial forecasts to support strategic planning. 
  • Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability metrics to provide recommendations for business growth and efficiency. 
  • Monitor segment-specific KPIs, including deposits, loans disbursed, NPL ratios, active account ratios, digital adoption, and service usage penetration. 
  • Collaborate with business unit heads to provide financial guidance and ensure financial goals align with corporate strategy. 
  • Evaluate budget vs. actual performance, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions. 
  • Prepare and present financial performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. 
  • Identify financial risks across business segments and propose mitigation strategies. 
  • Provide insights into cost control, pricing strategies, and revenue maximization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA, ICAN) is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering. 
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a strong advantage. 
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making. 
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
