Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction for long-term partnerships.
Market Research & AnalysisConduct research on trends and competitors to provide strategic insights for business growth.
Sales & RevenueDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets by promoting investment products.
Internal CollaborationAlign business development efforts with investment strategies by working closely with internal teams and coordinating promotional activities with marketing.
NetworkingAttend industry events to build relationships with potential clients and represent the firm professionally.
Proposal DevelopmentPrepare and present client proposals, negotiating terms in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
Performance MonitoringTrack and report business development activities, KPI’s, and progress to senior management.

Requirements

Qualification

  • BSc in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification

Minimum Experience

  • Above 5 years proven experience in business development within the financial services or investment industry
