Job Details

STRATEGIC TASKS

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance reconciliation processes and automation.
Utilize SQL-driven data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with various departments to align reconciliation efforts with broader organizational goals.

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct daily, monthly, and periodic reconciliations of financial transactions using SQL-based queries.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records, bank statements, and other financial data sources.
Generate and present reconciliation reports to management, leveraging SQL-driven insights.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of reconciliation processes, including SQL scripts.
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of reconciliation procedures, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.

SPECIFICATION/ QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a reconciliation, accounting, or finance-related role.
Understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Reconciliation Specialist, Certified Public Accountant) desirable.
